Heirloom Tomato Salad DIRECTIONS Slice tomatoes 3/8-inch thick, crosswise. Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve. VARIATION Sprinkle with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
