May Wine

Serves: 1 bottle
- 1 bottle Reisling or Prosecco
- 12 sweet woodruff stems with leaves and flowers
- ½ lemon, sliced into thin circles
- Strawberries or raspberries to serve
- Place wine in a carafe.
- Plunge sweet woodruff into very hot water for 1 second.
- Place sweet woodruff and lemons in the carafe of wine.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Serve in a glass with sliced strawberries or whole raspberries.
