Ingredients
  • ¼ teaspoon matcha powder
  • ½ cup hot water, at 175 degrees
Instructions
  1. Boil water, remove teakettle top and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour ½ cup water into ceramic bowl to preheat.
  3. Discard water in bowl and wipe dry.
  4. Add matcha powder.
  5. Pour hot water into bowl and whisk for 1 minute, until the tea is frothy.
