Ginger Turmeric Tea

Serves: 1 cup
- ½-inch piece fresh ginger, coarsely chopped
- ¼-inch fresh turmeric, finely chopped
- 1 cup boiling water
- Serve with honey and lemon.
- Pour the water over the ginger and turmeric. Allow to steep for 1 minute. Straun and serve. The tea may be gently reheated.
